# Lending Market Interactions

#### Supplying Proceeds from Token Sale to CLM

NoRug's Token Sales allow multiple tokens (including RWAs) for participation. Users can select any of these tokens to buy their share of new tokens, thus providing flexibility. All these different tokens that are accepted will be supplied to Canto's CLM, this will lead to increased TVL for CLM and the Token Sale contract will now have a positive liquidity value.

#### Borrowing NOTE from CLM

After supplying tokens to CLM as collateral, Token Sale contract now has the ability to borrow. Maximum possible NOTE will be borrowed from CLM and will be used to add liquidity. This will lead to an increase in the circulating supply of NOTE.
